Carmel Valley Bobcats

Program Information

Practice and games for all sports are held on Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Thursday’s.

It is recommended that athletes try out all three days. All participants must register online prior to tryouts. All participants must tryout and make the team; at which time all fees will be processed. Refunds will not be issued once teams are selected.

It is the responsibility of the athlete and his/her parent(s) to arrange transportation to and from all practices and games.

Please note, you must register your child online prior to tryouts. Students who are not registered online will not be allowed to tryout.*

*Your card is not charged until you make the team. Once you make the team no refunds are given.

Please note: dates and locations for tryouts may vary slightly from what is listed below based on the progress of renovations on the CVMS campus.

Payment

Refunds will not be issued once teams are selected. If you do not make the team you will not be charged.
For no cut sports it is the responsibility of the parents to notify the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northwest San Diego by the end of the first week of practice to avoid being charged. No refunds are available past the first week.

Transportation

It is the responsibility of the athlete and his/her parent(s) to arrange transportation to and from all practices and games.

Uniforms

Uniforms are provided to athletes for this sport season. If your uniform is not returned within 7 business days after the completion of your season,  your credit card will be charged $100.
